Maintenance Staff

About the role

We are seeking a skilled maintenance staff member to join our team. You will be responsible for general facility maintenance and repairs, making sure all equipment and structures are safe, functional and well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Inspect facilities and identify areas requiring repair or upkeep.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain tools, equipment and supplies in proper working condition.
• Assist in renovation projects and larger-scale facility improvements.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and building regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in general maintenance or facility services.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong physical condition and ability to handle manual tasks.
• Reliable, self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Work schedule

Full-time, with flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
